This week marks the start of a long holiday weekend, which will last until September 3rd. As a result, one of the main questions for passengers is: how will the metro operate during these days?
The Tashkent Metro has set a schedule for train operations on the upcoming holidays to ensure convenience and comfort for all passengers.
On August 31st and September 1st – metro trains will run according to the regular weekday schedule. This means that the number of trains and intervals between them will remain the same as on regular workdays, ensuring maximum accessibility to public transport at the beginning of the holidays.
On September 2nd and 3rd – metro trains will operate on the weekend schedule. This means a reduced number of trains and longer intervals between them. Passengers should keep this in mind when planning their trips to avoid delays and inconveniences.
Therefore, during the first two days of the holidays, the metro will operate as usual, while on the following two days, it will run on a reduced schedule. It is recommended to plan your trips in advance and take the schedule changes into account to enjoy the holidays comfortably.
