Experts from the Institute of Macroeconomic and Regional Research presented an analysis of used car prices in Uzbekistan. Moderately used models of these vehicles also fell by 0.3%, 0.6%, and 3.5%. The average price of heavily used Spark models increased by 2.2%, and moderately used ones by 2.9%.

Prices for Lightly Used Vehicles

  • Lacetti: lightly used — $15,236 (previously $15,452), heavily used — $13,300 ($13,500).
  • Damas: lightly used — $8,250 ($8,300), heavily used — $7,500 ($8,000).
  • Spark: moderately used — $10,500 ($10,200), heavily used — $9,200 ($9,000).

Prices for Domestic Luxury Vehicles

Among luxury vehicles produced in Uzbekistan, changes were noted in Equinox prices. Lightly and moderately used Equinox models decreased by 1.5% and 6.3%, respectively, while heavily used Equinox prices increased by 1.9%.

Average prices for Equinox:

  • Lightly used — $33,000 ($33,500)
  • Moderately used — $30,000 ($32,000)
  • Heavily used — $27,000 ($26,500)

Prices for Malibu and Tracker models remained nearly unchanged. The analysis showed that mileage is a more significant factor in pricing for these models than production year.

Electric Vehicle Prices

Experts noted a noticeable decline in electric vehicle prices. The BYD Han model showed an average price decrease of 10.2% for heavily used vehicles, 2.6% for moderately used ones, and 2.2% for new models. Prices for the BYD Song Plus EV Champion dropped by 7.5% for moderately used vehicles and by 1.2% for new ones.

Average prices for electric vehicles:

  • BYD Han: heavily used — $31,450 ($35,000), moderately used — $37,000 ($38,000).
  • BYD Song Plus EV Champion: moderately used — $27,500 ($29,750), new — $29,000 ($29,350).
