This week, extended holidays will begin in Uzbekistan, lasting from August 31 to September 3, in celebration of the 33rd anniversary of the Republic’s independence. In light of this, the Pension Fund has announced that pensioners who receive payments on bank cards will be able to access their pensions early.
This decision was made to support elderly citizens and people with disabilities, as well as to create a festive atmosphere. September pensions will be transferred to bank cards by September 1 to ensure pensioners have funds for the holidays.
For those who receive pensions in cash, payments will start after the holidays, according to the approved schedules.
It is important to note that from September 1, pension amounts will be increased by 15%, which will be a pleasant addition to the upcoming celebration.
